Everest Nutrition Krill Oil

You have probably heard about how great Omega-3s are for your heart health, but those fatty acids are important for mood and beauty as well. Perhaps I could have avoided stretch marks this pregnancy if I’d been more diligent in taking my krill oil…

Krill oil during pregnancy

Krill oil is awesome for pregnancy, offering a natural mood boost as well as helping with inflammation. Omega-3s are fabulous for hair, skin and nails, which can suffer due to hormonal changes during pregnancy. Many resources also list omega-3s as a major player when it comes to preventing stretch marks. Krill is a tiny bottom-feeder with a short lifespan, meaning that it accumulates less toxins than the fish used for most fish oil. This makes it an ideal choice for pregnancy and nursing especially. The essential fatty acids in krill oil will help you look and feel amazing, and also aid in your child’s brain development and function.

Benefits to Omega-3 supplements (especially Krill Oil):

- Reduced inflammation and stiffness

- Increased energy, improved mood and concentration

- Menstruation pain relief, and reduction of the emotional symptoms of PMS

- Anti-aging; increased energy, stamina, mental alertness and concentration

- Decrease of wrinkles – Improved skin, hair and nail texture
