I'm Janine, wife to Donny and mama to Sebastian (age 18 months). We live (with our annoying dog) in a simple, cozy apartment in Portland, Oregon, where we are working on building our home and our lives with style. I believe in buying secondhand, in basic and natural products, and in living fabulously on any budget. More about us.

Baby tanks from barley & birch

Apr 08, 2010 4:28 AM / 5 Comments

When I decided to get pregnant, I also made the decision to enter as many online baby giveaways as possible. I posted about the Barley & Birch tanks giveaway last month and it was the first one I won. (Second was a Hello Kitty humidifier from Welcome to the Motherhood!) I received two adorable (but not too cutesy) baby sized tank tops.

100% certified organic cotton. Made sweatshop-free in the U.S.A. Printed with water-based, toxin-free inks.

Obviously these won’t be worn for quite awhile, but the quality feels great and we love the prints. I’m definitely excited to have these as the first pieces to baby’s layette.
